Online Store Terms

Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges as displayed at checkout. We try to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but the actual shade of a fabric may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Product availability is not guaranteed and stock may sell out. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information published in error, and to cancel any order placed against such an error, with a full explanation to the customer.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This includes orders that appear fraudulent, orders with incomplete or unverifiable contact details, and orders that repeatedly fail delivery. Where we cancel an order we will contact you using the details you provided. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm an order before it is dispatched.

Payment

Orders on this site are placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available across Pakistan. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return, exchange and refund requests are handled in line with our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error free. Any reliance you place on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
